    Front Desk Officer

    Description

    • The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and managing the front office's day-to-day operations.
    • In addition, this role will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across our social media platforms to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our printing services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
    • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office management.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
    • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

    • Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for print media including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.

    • Prepare and finalize design files for print, ensuring all specifications are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
    • Coordinate with the printing team to troubleshoot any issues during the printing process and ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles while applying best practices in design.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a printing press environment.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly those that demonstrate print work.
    • Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
    • Knowledge of printing processes, production techniques, and file preparation for various print formats.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for design and creativity.

    Internal Control Officer

    Description 

    • The Internal Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of internal control processes within Brila media Limited. This individual will assess compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, identify areas for improvement, and work collaboratively with various departments to enhance risk management efforts.

    Key Responsibilities
    Risk Assessment and Control Implementation:

    • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of potential weakness in internal controls.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain internal control policies and procedures tailored to the media industry.

    Compliance Monitoring:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
