Job Summary

• As an Experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming creative ideas into visually compelling designs that meet our clients' specifications and production requirements.
• You will work closely with clients and our production team to ensure high-quality results while adhering to printing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for print media including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their branding requirements and project objectives, providing expert advice on design solutions.
• Prepare and finalize design files for print, ensuring all specifications are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with the printing team to troubleshoot any issues during the printing process and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout principles while applying best practices in design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support marketing initiatives by creating visually appealing materials that align with the company’s branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a printing press environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, particularly those that demonstrate print work.
• Proficient in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of printing processes, production techniques, and file preparation for various print formats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a passion for design and creativity.
