    Account Officer

    Summary of Responsibilites

    • Maintain all accounting records.
    • Establish table of accounts and properly assign entries.
    • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgement i.e cash or electronic payment to ensure accuracy of all transactions
    • Carry out weekly stock reconciliation.
    • Cross-checking payment and expense invoices to ensure accuracy.

    Academic Qualification and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year working experience on the job.
    • Attention to details and good record management.
    • Ability to work with less supervision.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Computer and familiar with Microsoft Office etc.

    Maintenance Officer

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • To carry out preventive maintenance activities as and when due to reduce machines breakdowns and production loss hours to the barest minimum.
    • Troubleshoot and fix faults on production and utilities machines within the shortest time frame.
    • Give unsolicited and solicited support to the production and utility teams to ensure company’s targets are met on time and in full.

    Pharmacovigilance Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and document adverse drug reactions (ADRs) from healthcare professionals, patients of drug manufactured by Bond Chemical Industries Ltd.
    • Prepare and submit periodic safety update reports (PSURs) to regulatory authorities (NAFDAC).
    • Ensure compliance with local and international pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH-GCP, WHO, NAFDAC).
    • Maintain and update the company’s pharmacovigilance database.
    • Train staff, Distributors and healthcare partners on drug safety reporting.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and internal teams on safety-related issues.
    • Conduct risk-benefit assessments for pharmaceutical products.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology or Biological Sciences
    • 2-3 years working experience in the field
    • Strong knowledge ofNAFDAC, WHO, ICH-GCP, and global pharmacovigilance guidelines.
    • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, Ms Excel, Ms. PowerPoint and pharmacovigilance databases (e.g NAFDAC E- Reporting).
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

    Chemical Analyst

    Responsibilities & Duties

    Laboratory Technician

    Job Responsibilities

    • Receive, label and analyze samples
    • Design and execute laboratory testing according standard procedures, make observations and interpret findings
    • Conduct experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various types of hypotheses using refined scientific methods
    • Organize and store all chemicals substances, fluids and compressed gases according to safety instructions
    • Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
    • Maintain equipment and assist in ordering laboratory supplies
    • Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintain a clean and orderly environment

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry or relevant field
    • Proven experience as Lab Technician or relevant position
    • Experience in operating electrical and nonelectrical laboratory equipment and potentially dangerous substances (flammable liquids, infectious bacteria, biohazards etc.)
    • Knowledge of QHSE Systems, preventative measures and laboratory best practices
    • Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and database systems
    • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
    • Valid laboratory technician license
