    Account Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensure accounting, financial documentations and reports are accurate, efficient, updated and on time.

    Responsibilities

    • Must have a good knowledge of management accounting and perform activities with little supervision.
    • Must have knowledge of Nigeria Tax systems.
    • Must be able to reconcile bank statements.
    • Accounting and financial record keeping and documentation.
    • Assist with cash management, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Assist with monitoring the stages and progress of all financial transactions.
    • Assist with preparation of all accounting and financial reports and documents.
    • Assist with budget preparation and forecast.
    • Ensure all accounting processes are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Prepare necessary accounting and financial reports as required.
    • Prepare net asset value calculations and other periodic reports for clients
    • Prepare cash reports
    • Handle the organization of management accounts and schedules
    • Assist in general administration
    • Process invoices and auditor queries
    • Maintain operational data and ensure all fund rules and regulations are adhered to

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relevant field, Business Admin, Economics
    • 1-3 years cognate experience. Methodical
    • Methodical with high attention to detail
    • Highly organised with proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Female candidates are most preferred.

    Academic Qualification:

    • Minimum of HND/University Degree in /Banking and Finance/Economics

    Skills:

    • Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
    • Working knowledge of financial statutory requirements.
    • Strong IT skills [Excel, Word and Outlook
    • An excellent communicator written and verbally.
    • Prioritization and time management skills.
    • Must be capable of operating with minimal level of supervision.
    • Must maintain high level of accuracy and ability to keep detailed file notes.

    Guard Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • Manage or coordinate the work activities of guards at stipulated sites/areas.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Supervise the work activities and performance of designated guards.
    • Maintain work schedules, records, or reports of designated guards.
    • Manage or oversee security facilities and equipment at designated workplace.
    • Operate and instruct others in proper operation of security devices.
    • Ensure constant contact is established with the client.
    • Assist the HR department in recruitment of guards at their various zones.
    • Market the company at any available opportunity.
    • Must organize ad-hoc training for the guards occasionally.
    • Must write weekly, monthly report and incident report where necessary.
    • Must be ready to take responsibility on every of his location in respective of the time.

    Qualification and Skills Required

    • Min. of BA / BSc / HND in any Management / Social Sciences.
    • Age: 35 – 45 years.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in a renowned security organization.
    • Experience in military work will be an advantage.
    • Must provide reference for contact in last place of work.
    • Must be able to work with less supervision.
    • Ability to work under pressure.

    • Correct English usage, oral and written communication skills
    • Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
    • Knowledge of record-keeping techniques.

    Regional Manager

    General Function

    • The Guard Manager serves as Guards’ department supervisor. He instructs and manages the guards, supervisors and coordinators
    • The Guard Manager also recruits new guards, coordinates and monitors performances, and manages schedule and events.

    Responsibilities

    • Assists in development and implementation of security policies, procedures, standards and directives.
    • Manages security personnel to include recommendations for hiring, performance evaluations, training, work scheduling and problem resolution.
    • Responds to incidences and investigates and resolves security related issues.
    • Ensures adequate security coverage for all locations 24 hours per day/ 7 days per week.
    • Ability to work in diffrent filed in the organisation

    Qualification and Skills Required

    • Education: HND / B.Sc
    • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
    • A background in security and its operations is required with over 3 years in guards’ management.
    • Computer literacy and general office skills are required.
    • Good English-speaking skills, verbal and written.
    • Presentation Skills, Client Relationship skills
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Ability to supervise and train assigned staff including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
