    Account Officer

    Essential Duties

    • Reconciliation of Intercompany for the company
    • Posting of GIT and Reverse after close end
    • Relieve Cashier at all locations
    • Relieve on Bank postings- John
    • Intercompany reconciliation for Ex-plc & Loxea.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting/Finance related courses
    • Membership in any relevant professional bodies preferably ICAN is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 3 years related work experience as a financial accountant, financial controller, or Auditor.

    Senior System Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Operating and Maintaining the ICT infrastructure (Servers, Storages, Appliances) under the supervision of the Head of Department.
    • Maintaining the design, drawings and documentations of the Network and Systems.
    • Configuring and maintaining DNS Appliances or Servers.
    • Configuring and maintaining monitoring tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Cacti.
    • Configuring and maintaining Mail Servers and other application servers (Windows and Linux)
    • Ability to design disaster recovery procedure for the backbone, servers, applications, services
    • Responsible of the Performance and Monitoring of the ICT Infrastructure.
    • Maintaining the ISP’s servers and client’s collocating servers.
    • Supporting the OSS (Servers and Routers) of the Billing System.
    • Maintaining the Company’s IT Infrastructure.
    • Provide network and IT solutions for corporate client and support them.

    Technical Storekeeper (Ogun)

    Job Summary & Purpose

    • Responsible for stock inventory control of technical spare parts for maintenance. 
    • Control of the Purchase-to-pay process for technical items and services.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance to all Safety regulation
    • Carry out stock and inventory control by reordering spare parts using set reorder levels and Economic Order Quatities as Set up in Maximo
    • Constantly review ROL and EOQ to minimize stockouts and ensure the availability of needed spare parts for effective operations.
    • Ensure 5S within the technical store.
    • Accountable for diesel discharge and usage
    • Act as process owner for the purchase-to-pay process for all technical items and services.
    • Participate in and oversee monthly stock taking with a view to ensuring that right stock levels are always maintained and accounted for.
    • Carry out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
    • Prevent introduction of food safety hazard into the product when carrying out assigned job.
    • Ensure awareness, understanding and application of QHSE policy on assigned jobs
    • Ensure awareness, understanding and application departmental /process QHSE objectives;
    • Ensure awareness of your contribution to the effectiveness of the QHSE Management Systems, including the benefits of improved performance including associated opportunities for improvement of the processes assigned;
    • Ensure awareness of the implications of not conforming with the Company QHSE Management Systems requirements including associated risks for the process assigned
    • Implement and comply with QHSE requirements relating to environmental aspects and impacts and other policies, procedures and /or regulations applicable to assigned jobs
    • Understand and apply the intent of the QHSE policy to assigned jobs
    • Understand the significant environmental aspects and related actual or potential impacts associated with their work, and the environmental benefits of improved personal performance

    Network and Systems Engineer

    • Good knowledge VLAN, Trunks and VPN networks.
    • Very good knowledge in Mikrotik, Sophos and Other UTMs and Firewalls.
    • Good knowledge in Servers OS: Windows and Linux
    • Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange.
    • Very Good knowledge in IP Subnets.
    • Ability to design topologies and provide consultancy for corporate customers.
    • Ability to assess and troubleshoot networks, systems and IT Security.
