    Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist

    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Sourcing and Management

    • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manages the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
    • Ensures compliance with labour laws and regulations.

    Learning and Development

    • Designs, develops, and delivers training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Conducts needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Manages the company's learning management system (LMS).

    Talent Management

    Requirements

    Consultant Gynaecologist

    Responsibilities
    Operational Responsibilities:

    • Conducts Initial Consultation and clinical evaluation for new clients and way-forward for returning clients
    • Conducts follow-up, pre- and post-treatment visits for clients
    • Holds enquiry sessions with potential clients, as well as further enquiry for some others.
    • Conducts stimulation folliculometry and determine timing of trigger for clients on treatment
    • Prepares and types out medical reports and referral letters for clients including ANC referrals for pregnant clients.
    • Conducts first, second and third trimester pregnancy scans.
    • Provide medical counselling for clients where needed.
    • Prepares and conducts a failed cycle review with clients, also a member of failed cycle review committee

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze equipment maintenance history to determine spare parts requirements.
    • Develop and implement effective spare parts inventory management strategies.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels.
