    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree

    Security Officer

    Responsibilities

    Resident Plumber

    Job Summary

    • To provide plumbing services within the Estate and assigned facilities function for an estate, including responsibility for its office, and other development projects.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems by reading blueprints and drawings.
    • Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis Systems and sewage treatment.
    • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, clogged drains, including pipes, tubes, fittings, and valves.
    • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
    • Conduct water treatment operations, including dosing chemicals and maintaining water quality.
    • Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis systems, and perform necessary repairs.
    • Prepare cost estimates and determine piping system requirements, including pipe sizing.
    • Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes in place, ensuring proper assembly and installation.
    • Attend to plumbing and drain service issues in residential, and commercial settings while effectively communicating with clients and Facility Managers.

    Education and Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
    • 3 - 5 years proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
    • Valid plumbing certification or license.
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
    • Experience with water treatment systems and Reverse Osmosis technology is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Resident Electrician

    Job Summary

    • To provide electrical services within the estate, including responsibility for its office, and other development projects as assigned by the facility manager.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
    • Inspect electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure proper functioning.
    • Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion.

    School Secretary

    Job Summary

    • As a School Secretary you will have administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the school.
    • You will serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, and support school leadership in managing schedules, correspondence, records, and day-to-day administrative functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain school records, databases, and filing systems (physical and electronic).

    Chief Security Officer

    Job Summary

    • To lead the corporate/physical security function for an estate, including responsibility for its office and other development projects.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Advise management on security implications and requirements.
    • Conduct a weekly parade for security officers.
    • Implements measures to ensure adequate security of employees, tenants, and assets at the estate, office and development sites.
    • Provides insights on the prevention of security matters (e.g. theft and fraud prevention, physical privacy).
    • Oversee incident response planning as well as investigating security breaches.
    • Ensures the dissemination of information concerning security policies and approved procedures on asset protection, theft prevention, violence prevention, access control systems, etc., on a regular basis.
    • Allocates security officers to various posts, shifts and locations and determines the scope of work to be done as well as the timelines.
    • Prepares reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage and other issues escalated by the security officers and presents them to the Management.
    • Supervise, train periodically, and manage security personnel as well as HSE guidelines.

    Education and Experience

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in an organization or a security agency.
