    Radiographer - North-East

    • The Radiographer will operate a mobile digital X-ray unit, adhering to safety standards. This role supports TB/HIV Acceleration Plan (TAP) by performing administrative tasks for quality radiography services. Additionally, s/he will support the implementation of artificial intelligence in imaging processes to improve TB diagnostic capabilities.
    • S/he will operate the Portable Digital X-ray (PDX) equipment for chest X-rays to detect potential cases of TB, capture and review quality diagnostic radiographs of individuals according to the ALARA principle, to guarantee quality, clarity, and high diagnostic value and maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and imaging files, entering relevant information into electronic medical records (EMRs) or picture archiving and communication systems (PACS).
    • The Radiographer will be responsible for safely storing all radiographs in an easily retrievable manner that protects the privacy and rights of clients, serving as the radiation safety officer, to ensure that radiation safety measures are in place, protecting both patients and staff from unnecessary exposure during X-ray procedures, including keeping records of the dosimetry readings.
    • S/he will follow established protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements for radiation protection, infection control, and patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare standards and guidelines while operating within the confines of the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN).
    • The Radiographer is expected to participate in facility and community engagement and integration of HTS in outreaches for TB case identification, train and mentor other staff, including GoN staff on the use of portable digital x-ray machines and ensure that all X-ray procedures and related documentation meet the standards of the National TB program.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

    Minimum Recruitment Standard:

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in medical radiology or an X-ray technologist with a minimum of one year’s experience in a clinical setting.
    • A current X-Ray Technology certificate or license to practice from Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN) with one-year of relevant professional experience, with an emphasis on Chest radiology and screening.
    • Member of the Association of Medical and X-ray Technicians of Nigeria (AMEXITON).
    • Proficiency in operating digital radiography equipment.
    • Knowledge and skill in data management and analysis, report writing and presentation.

    Deputy Chief of Party – USAID THRIVE OVC Project - North-West

    Position Summary: 

    • The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)/Director of Technical Programs will support the Chief of Party (COP) in providing technical leadership and oversight for the THRIVE Activity.
    • The DCOP will ensure the implementation of high-quality, evidence-based interventions, adherence to international technical norms, and successful management of a multidisciplinary team.

    • The Director of Finance and Operations will provide leadership and oversight for all financial, operational, and administrative functions under the THRIVE Activity. The position will ensure robust financial management, compliance with USAID regulations, and efficient operational support to achieve the program’s objectives.     Chief of Party – USAID THRIVE OVC Project - North-West

    Position Overview:

    IT Consultant

    • The IT Consultant (Security and Compliance) will support and enhance our Microsoft 365 platform and M365 applications.
    • As an M365 Security and Compliance expert, the consultant will implement and manage robust security and compliance solutions, respond to threats, and enforce data governance to ensure the organization’s digital environment remains secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    The services of the consultant will include but not limited to the following:
