    Performance & Reporting Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinated Monthly and Quarterly Performance Reviews with timely reports, scorecards, and action items.
    • Monitored daily performance, tracked targets vs. actuals, and escalated gaps.
    • Applied MIS codes accurately for reporting and insights.
    • Supported SBU allocation for proper transaction and revenue attribution.
    • Managed pool System application for fair and accurate performance measurement.
    • provided performance insights to business units to drive target achievement.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc in a numerical discipline (Accounting, Economics Finance, etc.).
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Banking or performance/operations roles.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills With knowledge Of banking performance frameworks. proficient in MIS and performance reporting tools.
    • Strong coordination and stakeholder managementskills.

    HR Business Partner

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and implement people & Culture strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting. and organizational design.
    • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding.
    • Drive performance management and leadership development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal policies.
    • Support organizational change and cultural transformation prog

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferied.
    • 5-8 years in strategic HR roles, idealb' in financial services or banking.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
    • Experience in change managernent. workforce planning, and management.
    • Commercial banking experience is an added advantage.
