• We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, development, and deployment of AI/NLP systems across our different products. You will work on solving advanced challenges in talent profile intelligence & enrichment, semantic search & relevance ranking, automated role-based technical & behavioral assessments, spoken language proficiency evaluation, backlink automation, and generative AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement AI/NLP models for:
• Backlink opportunity discovery (topic/content matching, site relevance, anchor text suggestions)
• Resume and CV parsing (entity extraction, skill matching)
• Semantic search, embedding-based matching across both content and candidate use cases.
• Automated role-based assessments: coding, MCQ, and behavioral. Human behavior & sentiment communication analysis for technical interviews.
• Spoken language proficiency evaluation & communication analysis.
• Develop Python-based data pipelines to preprocess, train, validate, and serve models.
• Integrate models with search & indexing systems (like OpenSearch / Elasticsearch) for fast retrieval, ranking, and filtering.
• Build & maintain REST APIs / microservices to expose functionality: resume extraction, link opportunity search, candidate matching etc.
• Work with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) to support scalable AI deployments.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL/graph DBs).
• Optimize large-scale queries, indexing, and similarity search.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and ML / NLP libraries: pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, HuggingFace / transformers.
• Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch (or similar) for search, ranking, indexing.
• Experience in content analysis / web content scraping / topic matching / SEO metrics (site relevance, domain authority etc).
• Experience with resume/CV parsing or information extraction.
• Solid understanding of embeddings, semantic similarity, named entity recognition, topic modeling.
• Experience building REST APIs / microservices.
• Containerization and deployment experience (Docker etc).
• Strong analytical, performance-oriented, problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, BERT etc.), and ability to adapt them for domain-specific tasks.
• Strong backend development skills in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB (NoSQL), or graph DBs.
• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable training/inference.
• Prior experience in link building , content matching.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Developer with 5+ years of experience building, maintaining, and optimizing iOS applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern Apple frameworks and development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift (5+), UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Implement reusable UI components and modular codebases for scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure cross-version compatibility and smooth user experiences across iPhones and iPads.
• Follow SOLID principles, protocol-oriented programming, and dependency injection for testable, maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce clean, consistent coding standards.

• Skilled in protocol-oriented programming, dependency injection, and SOLID principles for modular code.
• Hands-on experience with networking: URLSession, Alamofire, Combine, GraphQL, WebSockets.
• Experienced in Core Data, Realm, SQLite, and offline data management.
• Proficient in async/await, GCD, and OperationQueue for smooth concurrency and performance.
• Expertise in unit tests, UI tests, snapshot tests, and integrating CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
• Knowledge of app security, including Keychain, ATS, SSL pinning, and encryption.
• Skilled in App Store/TestFlight deployment, code signing, and versioning.
• Experience with analytics and monitoring: Firebase, Crashlytics, Sentry, AppCenter.
• Familiar with additional Apple frameworks: Core Animation, Core Graphics, AVFoundation, MapKit, UserNotifications..

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with modular app architecture or multi-target projects.
• Exposure to CloudKit, Push Notifications, or App Extensions.

Education:
