Job Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to support the technical screening of Senior Technical Consultant candidates.
• This role will focus specifically on evaluating candidates’ technical depth, with emphasis on software architecture, system design, and live coding.
• The ideal candidate has 10+ years of software engineering experience and strong hands on experience designing and building complex software systems. Experience conducting technical interviews or assessments is preferred.

What you will do

• Conduct technical screening interviews for Senior Technical Consultant candidates.
• Assess candidates’ ability to design scalable and reliable software architectures.
• Lead live coding exercises and evaluate candidates’ coding ability and technical reasoning.
• Assess knowledge of software engineering principles, system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Identify technical strengths and areas of concern through structured technical assessments.
• Provide clear and objective feedback and recommendations after each interview.
• Maintain consistent technical screening standards across all candidates.

Who we are looking for

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with software architecture and system design.
• Strong live coding and problem-solving ability.
• Experience building and working with complex production software systems.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and technologies.
• Previous experience conducting technical interviews or evaluating senior engineers is preferred.
• Able to independently assess technical candidates against defined evaluation criteria.
