    IT Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Ensure all technology services are well managed to meet operational requirements in designated area(s) of the Store.
    • Liaise with all departments/sections, staff to understand and interpret their needs with respect to providing services related to IT and collaborate across lines in meeting those needs.
    • Ensure constant availabilty of internet connection at all time.
    • Reviews vendor contracts and coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with the business need.
    • Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services.
    • Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short- and long-range IT planning, with an emphasis on advocating for the needs of the area(s) supported; implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
    • Participates in the documentation and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures consistent with those of the store to ensure effective operation of an organization.
    • Participates in development of IT Service Catalog offerings, Service Level Agreements, and Operating Level Agreements consistent with the needs of the organization.
    • Participates as a member of the IT management team in planning, problem resolution, and reviewing department performance when necessary.
    • Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees with 2 - 10 years relevant work experience.

    Audit Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Daily checking that the goods received by the receiving department above is properly recorded on the ICG system in line with what is actually received.
    • Verify that vendor invoice value tie to the ICG receipts – (GRN) value and in line with the PO.
    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
    • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
    • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
    • Constantly monitor the CCTV and provide update on the activities and any gap noticed.
    • Daily preparation of the various departmental actual sales vs ICG daily sales report to be able to identify any major concern on time.
    • Flexible schedule to ensure internal control cover of the businesses at all times
    • Daily review of POS sales made by the front-end cashiers, to be sure that all the sales get to the bank and escalate any discrepancy.
    • Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
    • Periodic spot check of account unit so as to determine accountability
    • Support in the business recording and analysing of goods that got bad – (wastages) for proper accountability.
    • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
    • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
    • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
    • Recording and monitoring of diesel supplied to ensure the company is not short-changed in any way and for proper accountability and reporting.
    • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions and compliance
    • Verification of monthly staff list/ payroll prepared by HR
    • Organize internal audit periodic meetings.

    Inventory Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for filling daily, weekly and monthly reports for inventory and supply chain performance
    • Assist toco-ordinate the process of stock movement
    • Work with the inventory team and identify all obsolete inventory and resolve all issues relating to inventory management
    • Maintain an accurate stock ledger
    • Assist to monitoreach and every receiving operations
    • Managing, controlling, as well as monitoring all activities related to inventory management
    • Maintain inventory as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, production schedules and corporate inventory positions for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods
    • Participate in the routine stock counts and intermittent ad-hoc counts as advised by Management
    • Responsible for actual inventory counts, and all counting procedures implemented
    • Ensure all receiving procedures are followed, information on invoices captured correctly
    • Carefully check the accuracy of invoices by matching with purchase order
    • Handling and resolve financial discrepancies on invoices between supplies and the company
    • Assemble, review and verify invoices for accounts payable
    • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice item or price
    • Perform all other duty as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification. 
    • 2 - 8 years work experience
