1. Define Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Roadmap, TOGAF Knowledge
2. Define and develop Enterprise architecture blueprint,
3. Define Enterprise Architecture Standards, principles and guidelines
4. Ensure Architecture Governance, knowledge of setting up running architecture review boards , change control boards
5. Ensure IT architecture and solution design is aligned to meet the stated business and IT goals
6. Building solutions based on industry leading practices, standards and tools such as TOGAF, TMF Forum Frameworks eTOM, TAM, EA Tools etc
7. Design, establish and manage cost effective, sustainable service delivery (including technology) across all offerings - drive definition of, and protect, delivery (including technology) strategies and standards
8. Maintain and implement service delivery (including technology) strategies and standards across all offerings
9. Drive service delivery excellence – world-class benchmark-able cost/performance
10. Provide senior management support to deals as required – participate in customer meetings, deal executive sponsor / steering committees, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Deep Telecom Industry Knowledge should have played an Enterprise Architect Role for at least 5+ years in large programs
2. Know and expertise on Enterprise Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Technology Architecture and Information Architecture
3. Know and expertise on Service Oriented Architecture SOA and other frameworks
4. Good knowledge of BSS OSS and should be able to evaluate end to end design solutions
5. Excellent communication and Client Interaction skills
Job description
1. Accountable and Owner of the Account’s P/L
2. Over-all lead to ensure that Huawei will meet all contractual agreements.
3. Mentoring and coaching on all direct reports.
4. Provide senior counseling support to VP of Sales and Marketing in the WECA region.
5. Owner on all communication with customer C-level executives.
6. Accountable for establishing and managing foundations and capabilities for effective, sustainable service delivery across the region, covering: operations/processes, human resources, financials across the following functional areas: pursuit support, transition management, ongoing delivery, offering / delivery / technology management
7. Accountable for planning and delivery of projects/deals to plan
Desired Skills and Experience
1. 20 years Cross-functional understanding/experience of service delivery in an outsourcing context – i.e., understanding of finance, HR, sales, implementation, operations, etc. and how they work together.
2. Proven track record and demonstrate successful in IT Outsourcing management and operations experience.
3. Proven track record on C-level communication.
4. Strong operational management skills - min 10 years of work experience in service environment, preferably in an outsourcing context, with experience setting up and running regional operations (such as helpdesk, delivery centers)
5. Experience leading/working in regional/global teams
6. Strong leadership skills – high level of drive, initiative; assertive; good communication skills – across all levels
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
8. Experience in, and ability to bridge, strategy and operations
9. Experience and knowledge in delivering ICT services and right spectrum of outsourcing offerings.
10. Experience in Matrix organization.
11. Exceptional ability to motivate and recognize people skills
