    Key Account Manager - Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Annual Business Sales Plan for Key Accounts, Weekly / Monthly Review with Customers and HPZ Management.  Customers’ Business Growth aligned with HPZ category Focus.
    • Prepare Instore Promotions, Participate Strongly With All Instore Branding and Promotion Activities, Ensure HPZ Is Ahead of Competition
    • Monthly reconciliation of outstanding payments / CNs / Rebates etc.
    • Reconciliation with Customer and TEC finance; agreement on reports.
    • Monthly Reconciliation of Customer / Consumer return goods.
    • Payment follow ups / matching off invoices in time.
    • Support the development & execution of approved brand M&C plan within guidelines.
    • NPDs listing in maximum 2 weeks from the date of launch and stock avaliabity.
    • Detail communication on Specifications / Price / Positioning / Promotions in 1 week time from NPD announcement from Marketing.
    • Support Product Life Cycle Management including demand forecasting and minimising residuals.
    • Effective execution of Trade Marketing plans.
    • Participate actively in company-wide initiatives as required – e.g. Margin Improvement.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
    • 3-5 years relevant working experience in retail environment.
    • Good knowledge of inventory management, credit control,
    • Self-driven and possess high levels of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, drive and resilience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills so as to effectively work with internal, motivation, enthusiasm, drive and resilience for “feet on street” activities.
    • Professional Qualification in Marketing is an added advantage.
    • Basic understanding / Use of MS Office Suite of Applications.
    • Self-driven and possess very high levels of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, drive and resilience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills so as to effectively work with internal and external customers.
    • Must be exceptional at business development with extensive customer interaction

    Factory Electrical / Instrument Technician

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct the PPM/LLF jobs assigned to him as per the schedule and record then in the respective registers.
    • Carry out the breakdown maintenance which comes up during the production activities on time.
    • Carry out the scheduled calibrations and inspection checks across the plant during the duty time, to maintain a safe working place.
    • Record and communicate all the activities carried out in his duty time in the log registers and to the reliever.
    • Carry out monthly CBM/Thermography activities
    • Generate ideas and participate in the factory CI programs
    • Track and report critical spares availability in the Engineering store
    • Record work order/work permit for all the jobs carried out in the factory and adhere to safety requirements
    • 100% compliance with schedule and non-conformance clearing.
    • The time taken to do the job and ensure it is not getting repeated.
    • Ensure no measurement system is overdue at any point of time, to have reliability.
    • Recording all the activities in the shift and communicating the pending work/important observations.
    • Ensure no time plant is stopped for want of spares.
    • Ensure safe working and 100% data capturing.

    Requirements

    • HND. / BSC. Electrical & other related Engineering courses.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience

    Other Requirements:

    • Very good computer skills (especially Excel, word, power-point, and access packages)
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Very good in handling numbers/figures.
    • Ability to spot improvement opportunities fast.
    • Good time management skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Strong technical skills
    • Good Financial analysis skill.
