Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll preparation and processing.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
• Assist with salary calculations, deductions, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Support payroll-related audits and reporting.
• Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or a related role.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to handle confidential information.

• Drive effective talent sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate PMS activities, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and PIPs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and performance records.
• Partner with Line Managers and stakeholders on talent and performance needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment with hands-on PMS experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.
