    Junior Account Manager Tech Sales

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Account Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team within our IT Systems Integration business. This role goes beyond supporting senior account managers — you will independently manage and grow small and medium-sized client accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and close business opportunities aligned with our solutions.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their sales career but eager to build expertise in enterprise IT solutions and develop into a full Account Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Account Management & Client Relationship Building
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Understand client IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration, and infrastructure technologies.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Maintain and update all account details, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

    Sales & Business Development

    • We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to manage and oversee tax compliance, planning, and reporting for our organization.     Backend Developer - Senior

    • We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services that power our applications. You will work on API development, database architecture, background schedulers, real-time event systems, notification pipelines, and high-performance cloud services.
    • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and the ability to design robust systems that will support growth and future features.

    ResponsibilitiesBackend Architecture & Development

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs (REST or GraphQL).
    • Develop clean, maintainable services using Node.js (NestJS/Express) or similar frameworks.
    • Implement event-driven architecture (emitters, listeners, queues, workers).

    • Handle environment configuration & secrets management properly.

    DevOps & CI/CD

    • Deploy applications to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc).
    • Set up CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Sentry, Grafana, CloudWatch).
    • Manage containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).

    Testing & Code Quality

    • Write automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with frontend/mobile engineers to define API contracts.

    Required Skills & ExperienceCore Technical Skills

    • 4–7+ years backend development experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Node.js (NestJS, Express, or similar).

    • Experience with queues (BullMQ/Redis) and schedulers (cron, Agenda, etc).

    Sales Engineer -HVAC

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for an HVAC Sales Executive based in Lagos.
    • The HVAC Sales Executive will be responsible for creating and managing a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and conducting product presentations.
