    Junior Account Manager Tech Sales

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a dynamic and driven Junior Account Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team within our IT Systems Integration business. This role goes beyond supporting senior account managers — you will independently manage and grow small and medium-sized client accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and close business opportunities aligned with our solutions.
    • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is early in their sales career but eager to build expertise in enterprise IT solutions and develop into a full Account Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Account Management & Client Relationship Building
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with small and medium-sized accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Understand client IT needs and recommend appropriate solutions across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration, and infrastructure technologies.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
    • Maintain and update all account details, interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.

    Sales & Business Development

    • Independently generate, qualify, and close opportunities within assigned accounts.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, solution proposals, and quotations.
    • Work closely with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to align customer requirements with solution architecture.
    • Participate in tenders and RFP/RFQ processes, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
    • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
    • Internal Coordination & Execution
    • Collaborate with technical, project delivery, procurement, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
