ESG Officer at Infytel Communications

Job Purpose:

• To implement, monitor and report the organization’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring compliance and sustainability impact across operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ESG policies, goals, and all reporting frameworks.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance indicators.
• Engage stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations.
• Coordinate CSR and community engagement projects.
• Support ESG audits and reporting to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in ESG, CSR, or sustainability roles.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (IFC PS, GRI, SASB, etc.) preferred.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and reporting ability.
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Efficient service delivery.
