    Marketing Strategist

    Description

    • The Marketing Strategist will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns for our brand.
    • In this role, you’ll craft and execute marketing campaigns that engage our audience, elevate brand awareness, and drive sales all while staying true to our brand’s heart and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.
    • Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO, email campaigns, and paid ads.
    • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to find fresh opportunities.
    • Work closely with the creative team to produce content that speaks to our audience.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to tweak and improve strategies.
    • Build strong relationships with influencers, partners, and media to grow our brand presence.
    • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and marketing tools to keep our strategies fresh and effective.

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing strategy, ideally in the gifting or retail space is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
    • Excellent at analyzing data and using it to make smarter marketing decisions.
    • Collaborative and communicative, ready to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems
    • Previous experience in running successful campaigns that deliver measurable results.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.

    Retail Sales Associate

    • As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect gifts.
    • This role involves engaging with customers, maintaining the store environment, and driving sales while upholding the brand’s standards and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and assist customers, offering personal recommendations and styling advice.
    • Process transactions accurately using the store’s POS system.
    • Maintain the store’s visual merchandising, ensuring products are neatly displayed and stocked.
    • Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing stock.
    • Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.

    Content Creator

    Job Summary

    • In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging our audience through creative and compelling content.
    • From showcasing beautifully curated gifts to promoting custom and corporate solutions, your work will help tell our brand story, grow our online community, and increase brand awareness across digital platforms

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a warm and professional brand presence.
    • Track performance metrics using social media insights and analytics tools, and adjust content accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media with campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
    • Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices in the gifting, lifestyle, and retail space.
    • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase product awareness and drive traffic.

    Required skill and Experience

    • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or gifting.
    • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer).
    • Creative content creation and storytelling skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and adjust strategies for growth.
    • Experience with paid ads and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
    • A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and creating a strong online presence.
    • Experience with growing and managing online communities, influencer partnerships, and content calendars is an advantage.

    Salary
    N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
