    Client Acquisition Intern

    Job Responsibilities

    • Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of periodical initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Develop and collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
    • Participate in talent acquisition and engagement for our client

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or Master's Degree in English Language, History and Strategic Studies, Business Management, or related field.
    • Target and goal driven.
    • Cognitive skills
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Should be able to resume immediately
    • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
    • Content development and management for the business
    • Relevant experience is a plus.

    Salary 
    N100,000 monthly (Subject to increase to N150,000 after reviewed satisfactory performance during a 3-6 months probational period). Including commissions on meeting the KPIs.

    Entry Level Human Resources Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures to be implemented in the company
    • Manage the recruitment process of employees by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees propagate the company's vision, values and work philosophy.
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, staff documentation detail etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
    • Content development and management for the business
    • Counsel on appropriate disciplinary measures to be meted out on staff.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / M.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM), Business Management or any related field
    • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
    • Knowledge of HR functions (payroll structuring, benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
    • Ability to showcase organizational and time-management abilities
    • Ability to speak with good diction 
    • Good client relationship
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong emotional intelligence
    • Relevant experience is a plus.
