    Customer Care / Sales Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
    • Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
    • Build connections on behalf of the company.
    • Ability to market by opening and closing deals.
    • Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
    • Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
    • Handle clients complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
    • Must-have flare for sales.
    • Ability to work with less supervision.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
    • Keep records of clients interactions, process clients account and file documents.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
    • Ability to make presentations on products and services
    • Initiate deals.
    • Identify target markets.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales or a relevant field.
    • Must have at least 3 years work experience as sales / client relationships with track record.
    • Female Candidates
    • Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
    • Experience in marketing will be an advantage.
    • Must be living in Ado-Ekiti or it's environs
    • Must pay attention to details.
    • Good record-keeping skills.
    • Excellent customer service skill.
    • Must have integrity.
    • Must be courteous and presentable.
    • Should be able to work with less supervision.

    Driver

    Responsibilities

    • Safely transport company staff, executives, and goods to various destinations
    • Plan and follow the most efficient routes to reach destinations.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
    • Conduct regular checks on vehicle’s performance (e.g., tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes).
    • Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to the Fleet Manager.
    • Ensure all necessary documents for the vehicle are up to date (e.g., insurance, registration).
    • Keep accurate records of fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and travel logs.
    • Monitor and manage daily trips, including any changes in schedules or route deviations.
    • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
    • Abide by the company’s policies and procedures regarding vehicle usage.
    • Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure it is up-to-date with necessary endorsements.
    • Assist with the loading and offloading of goods or items when required.
    • Provide support for other administrative or operational tasks as needed by the company.

    Requirements

    • Valid Nigerian Driver's License (class B or higher).
    • Additional certifications in defensive driving or fleet management is an advantage.
    • At least 5 years of proven experience as a driver with a reputable company.
    • Must be familiar with Abuja road network and have a good understanding of traffic patterns.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Clean driving and vehicle maintenance record
    • Ability to manage road stress and handle various driving conditions.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, when necessary.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
    • Experience driving in Abuja and other parts of Nigeria is preferred.
    • Excellent driving skills and a thorough knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules.
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
