Job Description

• We’re looking for a highly creative and skilled Videographer & Editor who can bring our properties and brand stories to life through compelling visuals. 
• You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content, with a strong ability to fly drones professionally for aerial real estate footage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality promotional, lifestyle, and walkthrough videos of properties.
• Operate drones for aerial shots—ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content that drives engagement and sales.
• Edit video content .
• Organize and manage all video and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Handle pre- and post-production work: storyboarding, lighting, audio, and color grading.
• Recommend creative concepts for real estate campaigns, testimonials, and corporate videos.
• Stay updated with video marketing trends and apply fresh concepts to content development.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s messaging, tone, and target audience.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant certification
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a videographer/editor (real estate experience is a plus).
• Proven portfolio of edited videos and drone footage.

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for on-site shoots across Lagos and occasionally outside the state.
• Must have a strong sense of creativity and visual excellence.
• Willingness to work weekends or late hours depending on shoot schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in video editing softwares.
• Skilled in drone operation with a track record of aerial video shoots (must provide sample work).
• Strong visual storytelling ability and understanding of social media video formats.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is an added advantage.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a creative team.

• We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Creator to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for developing engaging, value-driven content across all platforms—social media, blog, website, email campaigns, and more—to elevate brand visibility, connect with our audience, and drive lead generation for our real estate offerings

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, compelling, and engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Write blog posts, property descriptions, email newsletters, and captions that reflect our brand voice.
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to develop multimedia content.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and social media best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Assist in planning and scripting short-form video content for social reels, client testimonials, and virtual tours.
• Monitor content performance using insights/analytics and recommend optimization strategies.
• Build brand awareness and audience engagement through storytelling and value-led content.
• Research industry-related topics and competitors to position Yemsays Properties as a market leader.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years of content creation experience in real estate, media, lifestyle, or related sectors.
• Portfolio or links to previous content work (written and/or visual).

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong command of grammar, spelling, and brand tone.
• Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and trends.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to repurpose content across platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency.
• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera .

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 - N130,000 monthly.
