    Methods Team Leader

    JOB SUMMARY 

    Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the planners and methods engineers, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, deadlines, and production objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and managing the planners and methods engineers, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, deadlines, and production objectives.
    • Monitor Daily Field activity
    • Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM’s) are linked to equipment preventive maintenance tasks.
    • Oversee the proper execution of work according to technical specifications.
    • Participate in coordination meetings and escalate key information.
    • Coordinate the tracking project maintenance activities in Operations Readiness Plan
    • Prepare activity reports and provide regular updates to management.
    • Manage technical issues and propose effective solutions.
    • Participate in 3D model, layout, HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA reviews, providing pragmatic input through the lens of planning, Maintainability consequence to inspection and maintenance personnel.
    • Monitor input in the selection, procurement, delivery, and preservation of spare parts.
    • Validate maintenance job plans and procedures. Ensures correct labour codes and hours are in CMMS covering all required trades.
    • Monitor initial equipment and materials to purchase/stock to support maintenance as well as ensure Maintenance Strategy is fully functional and equipment/ spares are properly documented.
    • Overview the resource scheduling and smoothing within the maintenance & integrity of offshore operations.
    • Participate in the definition of short, medium and long-term maintenance planning (includes time schedule and resources definition).
    • Ensure quality work orders and produce work packs, follow the Work Management system standard, that significantly attribute to safe and reliable operations.

      Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • The job holder is responsible for the definition, implementation, maintenance and control of all necessary means and documents related to the internal organization of Projects and for defining, implementing and maintaining under CMS, the Projects manual of (internal) procedures.
    • The job holder shall have or acquire knowledge of Corporate processes in order to ease the implementation of process within Projects (budgeting, invoice processing, contract processing, reporting, change management, HR…) and to propose solution for the best management of these processes.
    • The job holder will take in charge, provide support or give input to the development of organizational documents like the Project Execution Plan, Delegation of Authority Guide, Manpower Plan, Job Descriptions, Charts, Plans and various procedures, presentations… as needed / requested.
    • The job holder reports to the Project Control Manager. The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour regarding HSSE rules & requirements

    EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Equivalent of B.Sc. Engineering (2.1),
    • Minimum 15 years’ experience of which: 10 years general upstream oil and gas experience; Experience in similar position (years): min 5 in a large oil and gas organization
    • Calm and confident – Remaining cold-headed during stressful situations,
    • Good communicator – Leading Intervention Team with short and clear instructions. Efficiently animating trainings and inductions,
    • Team-player – Maintaining good spirit within all teams
    • Equivalent of B.Sc. Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering (2.1),
    • Computer literacy is required

    Full Field Shut Down Engineer

    JOB SUMMARY 

    This job is created to assist in the preparation and execution of the EGINA full field shutdown in the first instance. The job holder if retained will assist in the preparation and execution of other full field shutdowns and campaign of works programs within the affiliate.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

    Operations  

    • Preparation and review of isolation plans and procedures
    • SAP profficient to searh for, find materials or equivalent for work order population
    • Population of MTO for vavles and vessels in the FFSD scope of work
    • Vessel cleaning supervision
    • Participate in JRA and RLOs for FFSD and campaign of works jobs
    • Regular site visits for site coordinate and familiarization

      HSE

    • Active HSE and progress supervision during execution.
    • HSE contribution during preparation

      PLANNING

    • Assist in Ramp down, Ram up and shut down activities planning and sequencing
    • Coactivity study and remediation

      EXECUTION

    • HSE supervision and role model during execution
    • Extra supervision and progress monitoring during site execution

        EDUCATIONAL & JOB REQUIREMENTS   

    • Process Engineer or other Engineering Degree with 5 years oil and gas process experience.
    • Major shut down or turn around maintenance experience.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Proficient in excel, word, power point and SAP (UNISUP)

    Turbine Supervisor

    JOB SUMMARY 

    • The Turbine Supervisor is responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence. He ensures that maintenance operations under his responsibility are carried out in strict accordance with COMPANY’s current safety rules and operating procedures and in accordance with standard industry practice, thereby guaranteeing the quality of maintenance operations, within his field, carried out on SITE by CONTRACTOR.
    • He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment he is responsible for on production SITES.
    • He plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training and development by mentoring on SITE.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

    • Organizes on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility,
    • Assists the Planning Engineer with the resourcing and suitable planning input to ensure a quality preparation and execution of all Maintenance works.
    • With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC),
    • Ensures that COMPANY’s HSE regulations are respected (especially procedures related to Work Permits), as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during preparation and performance of maintenance operations. placed under his responsibility,
    • Manages interventions using the CMIMS and work packs provided by the planning team,
    • Reviews all intervention reports in the CMIMS (including those concerning SMC) and writes the detailed technical reports related to his field,
    • Monitors (and in certain plant – Operates) the functioning of utilities and all equipment placed under his responsibility,
    • Takes part in daily, weekly and coordination meetings on SITE,
    • Ensures that the transfer of knowledge by mentoring occurs properly within his teams and actively participates in this himself, leading others by his example,
    • Manages and Coaches/Mentors the team of technicians directly under his responsibility,
    • Is a member of the SITE emergency team,
    • Carries out, at, any intervention within his field of competence.
    • Takes in charge the systems under his responsibility in case of breakdown until correct operation is resumed.

    EDUCATIONAL & JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    • Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent
    • 10 to15 years’ experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations.
    • Experience in GE Turbine LM2500+
    • A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations
