    Quantity Surveyor

    Core Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Procurement Strategy development and drafting pricing mechanisms
    • Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities.
    • Measurement, extraction of quantities from working drawings and cost analyses.

    Project Engineer (Road Construction)

    Core Roles & Responsibilities:

    Site Setup & Mobilization

    • To select and layout the site camp, plant and ensure HSE guidelines.
    • To ensure the site follows all statutory guidelines and its layout is efficient & safe.
    • To work out the requirement of manpower, material, machinery in consultation with the planning and quality department for timely progressive mobilization of the site.

    Field Investigation & Survey

    • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
    • Supervise all site surveys and investigations personally for proper and correct reporting.
    • Review all site investigation reports at site for any inconsistence and report the same for immediate
    • corrective action to the design and drawings.

    Project Review & Reporting

    • Attend the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
    • Prepare the Daily Progress Report and provide the same to the project manager and head office immediately on close of work.
    • Update the strip plan and the prepare the weekly progress report every week.
    • Ensure all inputs are provided to the planning department for the preparing Monthly Progress Report by the 2nd of the subsequent month.
    • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
    • Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

    Quality Assurance & Control

    • Analyse Test Results of Construction Materials – Make sure all the construction materials pass inspection and meet specifications.

    • Ensure tests are carried out properly and in the presence of required Consultant and Client staff.
    • Ensure test results are signed off by the required representatives for proper billing.
    • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
    • Monitor compliance of applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

    Documentation

    • Prepare and document design calculations under Principal Engineer’s directions.
    • Ensure proper record of all site documents, test results, inspection reports and progress reports.
    • Maintain all required statutory documents at site, ensure they are always properly displayed / readily available for reference and inspection.
    • Always maintain all good for construction and working drawings.
    • Maintain project data base by updating program software, entering and backing up data.

    Proper Communication

    • Ensure Health, Environmental and Safety aspects are considered in all stages of project implementation.

    Senior Environmental Specialist

    Job Purpose:

    Contribute to effective and efficient management of Environment in the Operation/Facility to ensure safety and health of employees, preservation of the environment and achievement of facility HSE targets.

    Responsibilities and Key Objectives

    Head EHSQ

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Head, Environmental Health Safety & Quality is tasked with the responsibility of designing, implementing & managing the company’s EHS-Management System which comprises of hazard identification and mitigation, EHS planning & execution, competence assurance, EHS contractor management, and incident & non-conformance reporting & investigation amongst others. One of his main activities is monitoring and measuring compliance through weekly, monthly quarterly and annual KPIs for prevention and when necessary corrective actions preventing loss of life, damage to equipment & facilities and brand damage due to poor EHS management. He is expected through exemplary leadership & awareness to create an incident free operation.     Inspection Engineer

    MISSIONS

    The Project is part of OML58 (Onshore) field and will be developed as an unmanned platform to be tied-in to OBITE Gas Treatment Centre (OBITE TC). The produced fluid will be sent to OBITE TC for processing. Suitable candidate is needed to fill the position to be part of the Project execution team.

    The prospective Job holder will work within an integrated Project team during Construction, Commissioning and Start-up phase to deliver the future inspection and integrity Engineering works for the entire field covered by the Project. They are to develop the Inspection and Integrity strategy for the facilities encompassed within the Project according to its objectives and Project organization.

    TASKS/ACTIVITIES

    The jobholder will:

    • Apply the “Maintenance and Inspection Philosophy” documents. (Can suggest recommendations for improvements)
    • Supervise, control, review and recommend for validation all Inspection Engineering document preparation for future field operations, in close relations and liaison with National Regulations body, and Inspection Department of JVA FOPs
    • Provide assistance to Project Package Leaders with regards to Inspection issues.
    • Review of 3D models and working with CONTRACTOR to ensure correct implementation of Maintenability & Inspectability criteria
    • Lead the Base Line Inspection activities during construction and commissioning of the new installations
    • Apply applicable General Specifications and the equipment integrity strategy and propose actions to be implemented to apply the inspection strategy. After Management approval, execute and follow up all activities required to implement and achieve integrity strategy for the installations.
    • Participate in the application and implementation of the Field operations procedures for the initial plant start-up and the Project close-out activities
    • Provide technical assistance as required to the Work Package Leaders to ensure that the design is in conformity with the Project specifications
    • Follow up, control, and review the Inspection Engineering activities on Site especially those carried out by the MIE Contractors
    • Co-ordinate the acquisition, collation, preparation, processing, and implementation of data to be uploaded in Computerised Inspection Management System (UNISUP/CMIMS tool)
    • Follow up the preparation, review, and recommendation for validation of the Inspection dossiers
    • Participate in the preparation of documents and files required to be loaded in COMPANY EDMS
    • Participate in the first ILI of the pipelines and follow up with the required and necessary National and Certification authorities
    • Participate in the preparation of the various Maintenance & Inspection Engineering contracts for equipment survey, inspection & certification (if any) required for use during the production phase.
    • Participate in activities to prepare the facilities for plant start-up and first oil
    • Provide assistance during the handover to operations all documents of the Project especially those of MIE.
    • Liaise and follow up with National Regulation bodies as required for approval of design and documentation.
    • Perform any other duties within own jurisdiction.

    Head Maintenance Engineering

    The Head, Maintenance & Engineering plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient & safe functioning of the terminals, which serve as critical hubs for receiving, storing, and distributing petroleum products.

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminals, including product receipt, storage, blending, and dispatch with adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.
    • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for terminal equipment and systems
    • Ensure that all terminal operations and maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and relevant legal requirements.
    • Conducting regular safety inspections, risks assessments, and audits
    • Develop and implement emergency response plans for terminal incidents. Conduct drills and exercises to prepare the team for potential emergencies

    Line Manager Accountabilities:

    • Liaise and coordinate with external service providers and contractors to perform specialized maintenance tasks or repairs. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate service agreements, and ensure service quality
    • Provide visible leadership to various teams in the Terminal – operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and operational activities, including maintenance logs, reports, and compliance documentation
