    Retail Sales Associate

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Greet all walk-in customers as they come in the store daily and ask them how they would
    • like to be assisted.
    • Daily attend to walk in customers.
    • Daily steam all the outfits.
    • Daily take Photos of products in the store.
    • Daily wrap dresses in the appropriate bags and attach price tags to clothes daily.
    • Daily develop and arrange the promotional and in-store display.
    • Daily ensure that the POS is charged and ready for store opening at 9am.
    • Daily ensure that the office phone is switched on at 9am and off at 7pm..
    • Daily ensure that the changing room is clean, smells nice and the AC is switched on.
    • Give advice and guidance on clothes selection to customers daily.
    • Assist customers with complaints or inquiries daily.
    • Ensure the overall cleanliness of the store daily.
    • Ensure the appropriate music is playing in the store daily.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned daily.
    • Social Media Styling and Content Creation
    • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
    • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for the company website, social media pages, marketing materials, and similar platforms.

    Requirements

    • Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND
    • One year experience in a similar role
    • Basic knowledge of the use of Social Media
    • Excellent Communication Skill
    • 1yr sales experience
    • Looks Presentable

    Quality Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct thorough quality control checks on ready-to-wear garments to ensure that they meet production standards and quality specifications.
    • Inspect materials, stitches, embellishments, and overall garment construction to identify any defects or discrepancies.
    • Ensure that RTW garments adhere to design specifications and customer requirements.
    • Document and report any quality issues or deviations from standards to the Quality Control Supervisor for further evaluation and corrective action.
    • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
    • Assist in maintaining detailed records and documentation of quality control activities and findings.
    • Fit ALL garments on their appropriate mannequins to ensure there ae no botched lines or factory errors before signing the QC for approval of each individual garment either from the internal or external factory
    • Follow established quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy in inspections.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of quality-related issues.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the fashion industry.
    • Strong knowledge of tailoring techniques, materials, and embellishments.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with quality control documentation and record-keeping.
    • Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to train and mentor staff effectively.

    Operations / Human Resource Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, educate and implement important HR procedures and SOPs and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity across all departments.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
    • Optimize processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
    • Manage operational budget and expenditure
    • Implement Business strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives
    • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws in collaboration with management
    • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and orientation programs.
    • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Monitor and maintain internal HR systems and employee databases
    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Create training development plans,coordinate and monitor training sessions, workshops.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Implement initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

    Requirements:

    • BSc University Graduate
    • Minimum of 3 years HR/Operations practical experience in a structured organization.
    • Experience in a fashion company is a plus
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
    • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
    • Must be detailed, process driven, productive and proactive.
    • Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship skills.
    • Knowledge of business operations processes.
    • Experience with budgets, financial reports, and monitoring expenses is a plus.
