    Business & Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to monitor our Multi-outlet entertainment Hub's functions and build processes that meet our business needs.
    • Business Operations Manager responsibilities include tracking business results for the outlets, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production KPIs.
    • To be a successful Business Operations Manager, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing all business operations and setting goals across the entire organization.
    • You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure all outlets operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
    • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
    • Establish outlet KPIs and conduct quality assessments
    • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
    • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
    • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
    • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
    • Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans

    Requirements and skills

    • Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role
    • Good knowledge of operations management
    • Experience with forecasting models
    • Experience with databases and project management software
    • The ability to interpret financial data and allocate budgets
    • Exceptional communication skills
    • B.Sc in Business Management or relevant field
    • 7 - 10 years work experience.

    Accountant - Cost & Receivables

    Responsibilities

    • Collect cash sales and details of Sales proceeds on daily basis from various points of Sales and ensure lodgment into the Bank every day.
    • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
    • Facilitate the payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
    • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
    • Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables data into excel spreadsheets.
    • Posting of membership sales into member accounts on the Software
    • Responsible for maintaining deposit schedule for all members of the club.
    • Maintain a Schedule of outward cheques.
    • Prepare daily cash flow in Naira and Foreign Currency.
    • Handle and follow up on all credit sales for payment.
    • Keep records of all function sheets for events and ensure adequate entries on the Software.
    • Act as a central Cashier and supervise floor cashiers for all points of sale.
    • Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
    • Analyze and recommend costs and cost savings.
    • Prepare and complete internal cost audits.
    • Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.
    • Analyze the data collected and log a detailed record of the results.
    • Analyze any changes in goods or services provided in order to determine what effect it has on the cost.
    • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
    • Make estimates of new and proposed product costs.
    • Provide management with reports that specify and compare factors that affect prices and profitability of products or services.
    • Assist in audits and general ledger preparation.
    • Conduct physical inventories and monitor the cycle count program.
    • Any other assignment as assigned by the management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years experience.
