    Accountant

    Job Brief

    • Our client is urgently in need to hire a detailed oriented professional to fill the post of an Accountant.
    • Creating new accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and the evolving business structure.

    Responsibilities

    • Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
    • Preparing budget forecasts
    • Processing and following up with the Estate clients to get their claims
    • Follow up with the estate procedures and clearing of the necessary documents to ensure timely payment.
    • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
    • Respond with correspondences and ensure proper follow up with tasks as it relates to the company objectives
    • Ensure timely bank payments
    • Manage the inventories and accurate reporting
    • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
    • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
    • Performing other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees (1st Class is a plus) with 3+ years relevant work experience.
    • Proven working experience as an Accountant
    • Proficiency in the use of computers and MS Excel is a must
    • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgment.

    Job Description / Responsibilities

    • Pick the helpers/partners that will partner with us.
    • Bring the name to the office and list them in the designated areas.
    • Meeting with his direct supervisor and or functional manager to submit and discuss the situation report.
    • Transfer helpers’ names to the RM/Direct Supervisor.
    • Weekly review of the progress report with his direct Supervisor, team members and or any other designated officer.
    • Actively participating and contributing in Helpers and Team members meeting.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years working experience.

    Audit Officer

    Job Description

    • Conducting ongoing reviews of all operational processes and procedures.
    • Reviewing of daily transactions.
    • Reviewing usage of operational documents/materials and reconciliation.
    • Reviewing operating expenses.
    • Trend analysis comparison.
    • Ensure that internal control system is in place so as to control loss.
    • Assist in risk management and internal control reviews and implementation.
    • Regular review of cash book; inflow and outflow.
    • Reconciliation and review of cash count.
    • Examining company account and financial control systems.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
    • Relevant professional certification (e.gICAN, ACCA, etc).
    • Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation.
