    Logistics / Operations Trainee

    Job Description

    • We are seeking smart, motivated, and enthusiastic NYSC Corp Members to join our Logistics and Operations team as Trainees.
    • This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in fleet operations, logistics coordination, and supply chain management within a structured and professional environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in daily logistics and fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and tracking.
    • Support in preparing operational reports, trip logs, and performance records.
    • Collaborate with drivers and operations staff to ensure efficient movement of goods and timely deliveries.
    • Participate in monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with company policies.
    • Learn and support general administrative tasks within the operations unit.

    Requirements

    • Current NYSC Corps Member posted to Lagos.
    • Bachelor's Degree. (Minimum of Second Class Upper)
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

    HR Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision, culture, and operational goals.
    • Support departmental managers with manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives.

    Tyre Manager

    Description

    • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tyre Manager to oversee tyre operations within our fleet/workshop.
    • The Tyre Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, maintenance, and performance of tyres across all company vehicles to ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of tyres and proven experience in tyre management within the transportation, logistics, or automotive sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the procurement, inspection, and installation of tyres for all company vehicles.
    • Develop and implement tyre maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend tyre life.
    • Monitor tyre usage, wear patterns, and performance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Maintain accurate tyre inventory records, including stock levels, replacements, and disposals.
    • Negotiate and liaise with tyre vendors, suppliers, and service providers for cost-effective procurement.
    • Supervise tyre technicians and ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all tyre-related activities.
    • Provide regular reports on tyre expenses, usage, and cost-saving initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate workshop operations.
    • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Good negotiation and vendor management abilities.
