    Account Officer

    • As the restaurant account officer, you are responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the restaurant. your primary role is to ensure accurate and organized accounting for the restaurant’s financial activities.
    • You perform various tasks related to financial management, record-keeping, and reporting to support the smooth operation of the restaurant’s financial systems.

    Duties:

    Daily

    • Record & reconcile POS sales and Deposits.
    • Manage vendor invoices and Proper documentation.

    Weekly

    • Bill pays; help operators manage approval and payment for outstanding invoices.
    • Record & reconcile payroll.

    Monthly

    • Reconcile bank accounts.
    • Produce monthly income statements and balance sheet.

    General Responsibilities

    • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
    • Client engagement: Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience managing the books for a restaurant
    • Good problem-solving and time management skills
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented
    • Self-directed / Strong sense of ownership
    • Working knowledge of GAAP
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Understands and values hospitality.
    • Smart and motivated team player
    • Bachelor’s degree / HND in accounting or finance preferred.

    Executive Assistant to the MD

    Job brief

    • As a Secretary you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the restaurant.
    • You will assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
    • You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.

    Responsibilities

    • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
    • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.

    Store Keeper

    Job Brief:

    • We are looking for a Storekeeper who can help us keep our store organized and tidy.
    • The ideal candidate must have an excellent organizational skill and be able to work independently.

    Duties:

    • Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary.
    • Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers.
    • Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages.
    • Sort merchandise according to pricing and location at store
    • Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports.
    • Inventory items according to location and store policy

    Responsibilities:

    • Assign work orders to staff; record work performed, and materials used.
    • Keep store clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise according to merchandising requirements and business operating plan.
    • Settle merchandise purchases, including special orders.
    • Receive, store, and distribute merchandise.

    Requirements And Skills:

    • 1+ years’ experience in retail management or Store Keeping
