    National Sales Manager (Kargo Sales)

    Responsibilities

    • Report to the Profit Center Head
    • Lead the regional sales team and ensure branch target achievement
    • Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired monthly & quarterly sales targets
    • Retain existing dealers, and add retailers to increase genuine spare parts penetration.
    • Drive sales, monitor, track and review sales performance and take necessary actions to ensure that goals are met
    • Gather completion information related to prices/packaging etc. on regular basis.
    • Establish and maintain excellent rapport with existing dealers in the assigned territory.
    • Maintain strong communications with all Stakeholders within the business and customers
    • Periodic market visits
    • Participate in all retailers & mechanics meet arranged as a part of demand generation.
    • Providing training and coaching to sales marketers to ensure they have the necessary skills to be able to meet the requirements of their position

    Skills Requirement

    • Knowledge of local markets and ability to penetrate new markets

    Sales Executive(3W Sales)

    Responsibilities

    • Identifying new potential markets for 3W
    • Creating new dealers/retailers in identified markets
    • Convincing potential dealers/retailers to purchase 3W
    • Achieving monthly sales targets
    • Promote company products and maintain good relationships with major stake holders – government institutions, union/park leaders etc.
    • Identify new business opportunities and submitting proposals/quotes to prospective customers

    Key Elements of the Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    Data Management:

    • Collect, compile, and organize data from various sources within the organization.
    • Design and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems.
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and data validation processes.
    • Identify data quality issues and implement corrective measures.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
