    Job Description

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and lead a sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B & B2C).

    Ship-to-Ship (STS) Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced STS Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfers, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety. 
    • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, extensive marine operations experience, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee STS operations, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
    • Conduct risk assessmentsand enforcesafety protocols.
    • Coordinate with vessel masters, mooring masters, and STS service providers.
    • Ensure compliance with NIMASA, DPR, OCIMF, MARPOL, and international maritime regulations.
    • Supervise STS teams and liaise with port authorities, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Maintain operational reports, records, and equipment readiness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degreein Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field.
    • Master Mariner CoC or Chief Officer experience(preferred).
    • 8-10 years of experience in marine/STS operations.
    • Strong knowledge of OCIMF guidelines, MARPOL regulations, and risk management.

    Key Skills:

    • Leadership and decision-making.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
    • Ability to manage multiple teams under pressure.

    Benefits

    • Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 (Net)
