    Head, Research and Advert Department

    Location: Lagos Island
    Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:

    • Head and effectively manage the research and advert department
    • Keep up to date with market and economic developments, new investment products
    • and all other areas that can affect the business
    • Carry out research work according to the Company’s needs and strategic plans
    • Provide periodic research reports to Management and make relevant recommendations
    • concerning investments and client needs
    • Oversee and manage the department to effectively develop, implement and manage
    • our social media strategy
    • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
    • Manage and oversee social media accounts and content
    • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Requirements/Qualification:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline

    Abilities:

    • Proven experience in research and social media networking
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
    • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
    • Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team
    • Ability to pay attention to details
    • Result oriented

    Research and Advert Personnel

    Location: Lagos Island
    Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:

    • Carry out research work according to the Company’s needs and strategic plans
    • Conduct due diligence in the industry and provide relevant feedback regarding current trends
    • Provide periodic research reports based on findings from research work
    • Develop social media strategies to expand our reach and impact through social media channels
    • Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Sales etc.) to manage
    • reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
    • Keep abreast of the latest social media technologies and trends
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Requirements/Qualification:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline

    Abilities:
    Proven experience in research and social media networking or as a digital media
    specialist
    Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
    Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team
    High level of accuracy and attention to details
    Result oriented

    Head of Sales

    Location: Lagos Island
    Responsibilities/Summary of Functions:

    • Head and effectively manage all the Sales teams in all the Company’s branches
    • Active contribution to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve
    • stipulated and agreed targets for the respective branches
    • Design, recommend and implement strategic plans to effectively expand the Company’s
    • customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Actively drive sales for all the sales teams in all the branches
    • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the Management
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams
    • Perform other related duties as required

    Requirements/Qualification:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (Investment/Banking)
    • Degree in Finance, Marketing or related discipline
    • Experience in Investment Company is preferred but not compulsory

    Abilities:

    • Strong leadership and analytical skills
    • Ability to drive sales goals and meet targets
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team
    • Ability to work with minimal or no supervision
    • Result oriented
