Site Nurse at Zotmann International Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to staff in case of accidents, injuries, or illnesses on-site.
• Conduct routine medical examinations and health screenings for site employees and contractors.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccinations as required.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate stock of medical supplies, drugs, and first aid equipment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all staff and incidents.
• Participate in health and safety risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and wellness campaigns.
• Educate employees on occupational health, hygiene, and preventive healthcare.
• Support the implementation of health and safety policies and ensure compliance with occupational health standards.
• Coordinate referrals and liaise with external medical facilities for advanced treatment when necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular medical reports to management and HSE teams.
• Respond promptly to any medical emergencies and participate in emergency response drills.

Qualifications and Requirements.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of [Specify Country].
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an industrial, occupational health, or remote site environment.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, First Aid, or Basic Life Support (BLS) is an added advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or challenging environment.
