    Multimedia Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Videographer Executive is responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content to support the TCG’s marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
    • This role involves creating engaging video assets for digital and traditional media platforms, including social media, websites, advertising campaigns, internal communications, and events.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    The Multimedia Executive is responsible for:

    • Creating engaging video, graphic, and animated content to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
    • Editing and optimizing multimedia content for various digital platforms, ensuring high quality and consistency in visual assets.
    • Collaborating with content teams to conceptualize and execute multimedia projects aligned with brand strategy.
    • Managing the production process from planning to delivery, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production.
    • Maintaining a library of multimedia assets, including raw footage, edited versions, and graphic templates.
    • Staying updated on multimedia trends and technology to recommend and implement new techniques for engaging content.
    • Ensuring multimedia content meets brand guidelines in style, tone, and quality.
    • Coordinating with external vendors and freelance talent for specialized content creation when necessary.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience in multimedia production (Finance/Fintech or a related industry is a plus).
    • Proven experience in video production, graphic design, and animation.
    • Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
    • Portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia projects (video, animations, graphics).
    • Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of audience engagement.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    QA / Software Tester

    Job Summary

    • As a software tester, you will oversee quality assurance activities associated with software analysis.
    • This includes developing test plans, performing exploratory testing and executing functional and regression testing.
    • You will work closely with engineering, product management and support teams to ensure the product is ready for release.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
    • Executing tests on software usability.
    • Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.
    • Build tools to reduce occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
    • Work with project developers, business analysts and customer support teams to ensure software solutions meet our user expectations.
    • Develop software test cases, based on consumer specifications and requirements.
    • Perform root cause analysis on defects found to identify and mitigate project risks.
    • Conduct exploratory and usability testing to locate bugs before the software is introduced into production.
    • Execute comprehensive testing against the software, ensuring all features function as designed and intended.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of software testing methodologies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), if necessary.
    • Report bugs and errors to development teams
    • Help troubleshoot issues
    • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
    • Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design.

    Product Lifecycle Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to retirement, ensuring maximum market relevance and profitability.

    Market, Data-Driven Analysis & Recommendations

    • Analyze data on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

    Effective Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with the Offline Sales teams to expand product reach through effective recruitment and offline sales channel
    • Gather continuous feedback from the offline Sales team on product performance to inform the development and align with market needs.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
    • No Prior experience in product management is required. 
    • Experience in Product Management is an added advantage
    • Excellent Analytical strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • A desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset 
    • Curious about metrics, execution processes, and keeping an eye out for details
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage

    Credit Underwriter

    Responsibilities

    • Reviewing & analyzing the creditworthiness of all potential customers based on risk criteria.
    • Performing various departmental functions including loan covenant monitoring, risk rating, audit preparation and recovery when assigned by HOD
    • Carrying out due diligence on Potential Clients.
    • Reviewing application for credit facilities with a view to point out deviations from the company’s credit policy and highlight quality assurance issues in credit proposals received from business areas.
    • To evaluate all quantitative details in the applications with a view to make objective decisions based on empirical facts from financial information evaluated.
    • To communicate to the business areas the credit corners and the quality assurance issues for responses/resolutions.
    • Ensure Credits requiring amendments are communicated to the business areas to amend as appropriate.
    • Detecting fraudulent applications with falsified/forged documents.
    • Ensuring that all credit approvals, KYC are in place documentation is duly executed and that the company’s interest is well protected.
    • Conducting credit search (CRS & CRC Report) on credit bureau database.
    • Conducting Email Verification & preparing Transaction Consummation Report.
    • Reviewing transactions for final checklist and approval.
