    Sales Admin

    Job Summary

    • As the Sales Admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and the sales team. You will handle documentation, prepare reports, manage client correspondence, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, store, and manufacturing units. Your role is critical to maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient sales operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage sales documentation, including filing, creating client files, and attaching waybills to invoices
    • Prepare sales quotations, daily collection reports, sales waybills, and weekly/monthly sales reports
    • Monitor client emails, respond promptly, and follow up on order progress with relevant departments
    • Coordinate manufacturing orders and ensure waybills are signed and processed correctly
    • Manage office items (e.g., stationery) and support cheque receipt preparation and documentation for the MD

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • 2–4 years’ experience in sales administration or sales support, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
    • Strong organizational and documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    Store Keeper

    Job Summary

    • As the Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring proper documentation of all stock items. You will maintain an organized store environment, support warehouse operations, and ensure materials are available for maintenance and production activities.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders
    • Organize and store materials safely, maintaining proper labeling and stock arrangement
    • Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and support regular stock audits
    • Pick and prepare materials for dispatch to departments and support loading/unloading activities

    Requirements

    • SSCE/OND; certification in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage
    • 2–4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant, preferably in an industrial environment
    • Knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse equipment handling
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep accurate records
