As the Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing materials, and ensuring proper documentation of all stock items. You will maintain an organized store environment, support warehouse operations, and ensure materials are available for maintenance and production activities.
Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders
Organize and store materials safely, maintaining proper labeling and stock arrangement
Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and support regular stock audits
Pick and prepare materials for dispatch to departments and support loading/unloading activities
Requirements
SSCE/OND; certification in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage
2–4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant, preferably in an industrial environment
Knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse equipment handling
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to keep accurate records
