    Project Manager

    Role Overview

    • The Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives. You will translate strategy into execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure accountability across all project phases.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery
    • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
    • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively

    Educational Requirements

    Finance Manager

    Role Overview

    • You will lead the finance function, providing strategic insights, optimizing financial operations, and guiding the company through sound decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business strategy
    • Deliver accurate, timely financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax obligations
    • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation; support fundraising and investment initiatives
    • Build financial models and analyses to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountability-driven culture

    Requirements

    • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
    • Experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of financial systems and processes.
    • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations and corporate finance principles.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to draw meaningful insights from financial data.
    • Proficiency in financial management software, ERPs, and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Business Analyst

    Role Overview

    • The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between the business co-founders and functional teams, providing insights, crafting compelling proposals, and translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions. You will help define strategy, structure initiatives, and ensure that ideas are clearly communicated through professional deliverables such as pitch decks, proposals, business cases, and dashboards.
