Role Overview

• The Project Manager will own end-to-end project delivery, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives. You will translate strategy into execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure accountability across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools

Requirements

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is an advantage
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities
• Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership
• Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
• Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries is a plus
