The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between the business co-founders and functional teams, providing insights, crafting compelling proposals, and translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions. You will help define strategy, structure initiatives, and ensure that ideas are clearly communicated through professional deliverables such as pitch decks, proposals, business cases, and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with co-founders to identify business challenges and opportunities
Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategy and operational decisions
Develop and deliver high-quality pitch decks, proposals, business cases, and presentations
Map workflows, document processes, and optimize operational efficiency
Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights
Act as a liaison between co-founders and functional teams to ensure alignment
Anticipate problems and propose solutions proactively
Support strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and finance
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Strong communication skills; able to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable documents
Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, data visualization software, and project management platforms
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives end-to-end
Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or fast-growth startups is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous
