    Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the investment sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on investment strategies.
    • Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements

    Cleaner / Office Assistant

    Job Summary

     

    Swift Consulting, an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of Cleaner for one of our clients in the Real Estate sector.

    Major Responsibilties

    • Previous cleaning experience preferred.
    • Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication skills.

    Requirements

    • Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas.
    • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors.
    • Clean and santize offices and restrooms.
    • Maintain cleanliness of furniture and fixtures.
    • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
    • Proximity to Ajah is compulsory.
