    Project Manager

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing oil and gas projects.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is required.
    • Strong understanding of oil and gas industry standards, practices, and regulations.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Applicants must be flexible to travel from time to time.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and manage oil and gas projects from initiation to completion.
    • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    • Coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors/vendors.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
    • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
    • Control and report on project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

    Accounts/ Financial Controller

    REQUIREMENTS :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or M.Sc. is an added advantage).
    • ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior financial role within the oil & gas industry.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax laws.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Sage).
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
    • Manage a team of finance professionals.
    • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws applicable to the oil & gas industry.
    • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and banking activities.
    • Coordinate internal and external audits.
    • Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decisions.
    • Implement and maintain internal control systems.

    Accountant

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, charts, and formulas).
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and financial reports.
    • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
    • Develop and monitor budgets and forecasting models.
    • Track, analyze, and report on cash flow trends and financial performance.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
    • Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
    • Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced financial modeling.
    • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.
    • Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions and produce detailed reports.
    • Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger accounts.
    • Support the finance team in budget preparation & financial forecasting.
    • Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
