    Job Description

    • The Company is now seeking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The company is now looking for an outstanding Social Media Officer.
    • Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the organisation’s presence across multiple social media platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
    • Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan

    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Job Summary

    • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the Managing Director, helping him to manage and prioritise his time. 
    • You will manage and maintain his diary and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. 
    • In addition, you will ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.

    Requirements

    • Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 3 years requisite experience. 
    • You must be organised and able to take charge.
