    Sales Executive - MFI

    About the role:

    • We are looking for an experienced Sales personnel who would leverage on their expertise to grow our active partner base and revenues by over 100% by onboarding strategic partners across sectors of interest in West and central Africa.

    What you would be expected to do:

    • Responsible for driving sales across consumer sales channels in the assigned territory.
    • Branch level inventory management
    • Receiving client queries and resolving consumer and channel queries with stipulated guidelines and timelines.
    • Efficiently supporting trade activations and marketing campaigns as per set plans.
    • Planning and conducting product and sales trainings to partner staff.
    • Fulfilling within reasonable time aftersales and warranty requirements.
    • Consolidating reports on competition, routes travelled, branches visited and activated, sales and stock position etc.
    • Performing any other duties that may be assigned.

    You might be a strong candidate if you:

    • have minimum of HND/B.Sc in a business administration/ sales and marketing
    • hands on work experience in service/ FMCG or Renewable Energy industry
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
    • Strong customer focus and keen to deliver high standards of service
    • Ready to travel 75% of the time
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and spoken local language corresponding to the area of responsibility (Yoruba / Edo / Igbo / Hausa - as applicable)
    • Results oriented and able to prioritize measurable objectives.
    • Possesses an Android phone

    Regional Mentor, North Central

    What you would be expected to do:

    • Delivering classroom and/or field training
    • Maintaining set KPIs and achieving training targets as required
    • Designing training assessments with the guidance of the Training Manager
    • Ensuring 100% adoption and usage of technology-based work tools by all field staff
    • Driving consistent & accelerated learning performance through data tools
    • Sharing timely communication of policies, training updates & changes to the relevant departments
    • Collecting and sharing feedback on the implementation’s new tools, products and processes
    • Running & administration of knowledge-based platforms
    • Drive engagement & lesson completion of Litmos (learning management system)
    • Induction and mentoring of field-based staff
    • Supporting the development and improvement of training materials and concepts

    You might be a strong candidate if you have:

    • At least 2 years background in training and coaching; preferably in the areas of sales or marketing.
    • Ability to conceptualize and develop a conducive learning environment
    • Diligence, accuracy, reliability and high level of commitment
    • Skilled in Microsoft office and other visualization tools
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Flexibility to travel frequently in remote areas
    • Degree in education, or any related field as a plus

    Operations Associate- Import

    What you would be expected to do:

    •  Keeping an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
    • Receiving and documenting products for delivery or return.
    • Following up on inventory projections from the Head of Sales.
    • Comparing the projections with the updated pipeline inventory.
    • Preparing Proforma Invoice, Packing lists and other sales/export documents.
    • Working with the relevant Nigeria authorities- Customs, Federal Government of Nigeria and the local government to ensure the company is totally compliant.
    • Follow up on SONCAP Product certificate provision at origin.
    • Submit SONCAP certificate to CHA for Form M application
    • Ensure document compliance and appropriate Form M number.
    • Ensure timely clearance by following up expeditiously on the clearance process as per the set SLAs with the CHA. 
    • Closely monitoring the CHA as per the set KPIs.
    • Ensuring all third party charges are as per the tariff.
    • Enforcing P2P best practice by ensuring that vendors are paid on time.

    You might be a strong candidate if you:

    • Are comfortable and experienced working in a multi-cultural and diverse environment
    • Have a Bachelors degree in Supply chain/Purchasing and supplies/Business management from a Premier institution
    • Have 2 years’ cogent experience preferably FMCG in the in the supply chain line
    • Have knowledge and hands on experience in warehousing and distribution
    • Have the ability to work with distributors, sales teams, and sales agents to ensure smooth distribution operations
    • Knowledge and working experience with a robust ERP / WMS (knowledge of SAP materials management module is an added advantage)
    • Excellent hands-on Experience on use of computer tools (excel /macros /v-lookup/charts /pivot table) for analysis for business
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work remotely under minimal supervision
