    Video Editor / Graphic Designer

    Job Summary

    • We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
    • This role is responsible for creating visually compelling designs and video content that align with our brand, communicate our message, and engage customers, employees, and partners across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and training.
    • Transform raw footage into polished videos with sound, motion graphics, and visual effects.
    • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews) into short, engaging clips.
    • Maintain organized archives of video content.
    • Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, infographics, brochures, and social media posts.
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop visual campaigns that enhance brand awareness.
    • Create branded templates for presentations, proposals, and internal documents.
    • Maintain consistency of design and brand guidelines across all content.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual communication.
    • Experience creating assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with logistics or the e-commerce industry is an advantage.

    Social Media Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the organization’s presence across multiple digital platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, platform management, paid media, and community engagement that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
    • This role requires a passion for digital storytelling, a strong understanding of platform algorithms, and the ability to turn insights into action.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and grow all official social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube).
    • Develop, implement, and monitor effective content calendars and posting schedules.
    • Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) that reflects brand tone and resonates with target audiences.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and trends to optimize content and strategy.
    • Foster community engagement: respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and tagged posts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, L&D) to amplify campaigns and company messages.
    • Conduct competitor and industry research to inform strategy.
    • Manage basic design needs using Canva or Adobe tools.
    • Coordinate and maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Proficient with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite.
    • Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe).
    • Experience with paid campaign execution and performance analysis.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-native insights.
    • Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fast-moving industries is an added advantage.
