    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in AI automation, governance, or compliance-led technology delivery.

    • Develop interactive workshops, campaigns, simulations, and case studies that replicate real-world marketing challenges and client briefs.

    • Provide structured coaching on marketing analytics, campaign management, conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative strategy.
    • Mentor learners on both technical skills (e.g., ad setup, tracking, A/B testing) and soft skills (e.g., presentation, communication, collaboration).
    • Conduct career readiness workshops focused on portfolio creation, resume optimization, LinkedIn branding, and interview preparation.
    • Support learners in building portfolio-worthy marketing projects, case studies, and campaign reports that demonstrate measurable results.
