    Sales Executive

    Job Description:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation tools.
    • Product/Service Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to clients, explaining their features and benefits.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating terms of agreement and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and setting sales goals to drive revenue growth.

    Client & Relationship Management:

    • Client Relationship Building:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Account Management:Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • Client Support:Handling and resolving client inquiries, complaints, and issues to provide ongoing support.

    Administrative & Reporting Duties:

    • Sales Reporting:Tracking key sales metrics, analysing performance, and preparing timely and accurate reports for management.
    • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in a CRM system.
    • Proposal & Quote Preparation:Creating and sending proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients.

    Market & Team Collaboration:

    • Market Research:Conducting market research to identify trends, understand competitors, and uncover new business opportunities.
    • Team Collaboration:Working closely with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Networking:Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility, network, and generate leads.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in Engineering/ Marketing
    • Male candidate preferred for gender balance
    • Must have a good understanding of excel and other Microsoft office packages.
    • Minimum of 3-7 years’ retails sales experience in fuelling systems/engineering industry or similar.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Willing to travel around western Nigeria 40%
    • Must have very good knowledge of Lagos terrain to navigate and optimize sales opportunities.
    • Candidate must reside in Lagos
    • Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.

    Field Service Engineer

    Responsibilities

    • Carrying out troubleshooting and revivification of flow meters, tanks and other relevant industry instruments.
    • Ensuring job meets company standards in line with established SOPs
    • Preparing of usable site survey reports and responding to call-outs as assigned by the team lead and Engineering Manager
    • Manage workload to achieve positive results and ensure completion within timeframe
    • Fill out and submit job-related safety documents
    • Carrying out preliminary surveys, creating, installing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the various devices within the Automation department.
    • Relaying of all updates and site issues efficiently on the group and other communication channels (to relevant individuals)
    • Ensuring self-improvement in the assigned tasks and devices in the portfolio
    • Track keeping of the status of projects & troubleshooting assigned.
    • Compliance with all official policies and processes
    • Following up all jobs assigned with the appropriate documents handed over to relevant personnel
    • Following up on troubleshooting (remotely and physically) and site issues from start to finish with documentation
    • Involvements in cross-department jobs and cross-departmental activities
    • Coordinate with the OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near-misses and accidents)

    Requirements

    • B.Sc, B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering and other related courses.
    • Field Exposure or work experience in Electrical Engineering.
    • Experienced in Electrical Panels.
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Good Technical matters.
    • Knowledge of AUTOCAD & Practical Electrical Circuit Analysis will be an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of Automation & Control Engineering.
    • Ability to Interpret Electrical Design & Diagram.
    • Good knowledge of related Health and Safety Standards.
