    Marketing Operations Executive (Agency Experience)

    Job Overview

    • Responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring efficient operations within the marketing department. 
    • The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and external agencies, to drive brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and boost sales performance across the educational supplies and lifestyle product categories.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably with agency in marketing and brand management, in the manufacturing or retail industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

    Senior Retail Buyer - Procurement

    Overview

    • Responsible for overseeing the procurement and selection of quality products at competitive prices while ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and profitability goals. 
    • This role requires in-depth market analysis, strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic purchasing decisions to drive business growth

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Retail Buyer or in a similar procurement role within the retail industry.
    • Female preferred
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management abilities.

    • Experience working with international suppliers and global source strategies.
    • Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
