    Brand Manager

    Job Description

    • As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, executing, and managing brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our company's products or services.
    • Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency in messaging, and fostering brand loyalty among consumers.
    • You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, advertising, and product development, to ensure that the brand's image aligns with the company's overall objectives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Brand Strategy Development: Contribute to the formulation of comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and target market. This involves conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for brand improvement.
    • Brand Identity Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
    • Marketing Campaigns and Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's key messages and unique selling propositions. Supervise the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media content.
    • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-related events, such as product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities. Ensure that these events align with the brand's positioning and objectives.
    • Consumer Insights: Stay informed about consumer trends, preferences, and feedback related to the brand and its products/services. Use this information to make data-driven decisions and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
    • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost- effectiveness and maximizing ROI for brand-related activities.  

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum Experience: (typically3-5 years) in brand management, marketing, or a related role.

    Job Specific Skills:

    • Brand Strategy and Management: Proficiency in formulating and executing brand strategies to establish a strong brand identity and achieve organizational objectives.
    • Ability to monitor and maintain brand consistency across various marketing channels and communication materials.

    Sales Partner

    Job Description

    •  As a Sales Partner, you are responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in stores across a group of territories.
    • Your duties include visiting stores to meet with employees, communicating about sales goals and expectations and gathering research into their target market.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward
    • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
    • Determine the company’s gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies
    • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs
    • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks
    • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region
    • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix

    • Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics

    • Organize training for new staff
    • Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
    •  Develop and maintain channels between product developers and resellers
    • Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees

    Requirements

    • B. Sc Science or in a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG as an Sales Partner.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Warehouse Assistant

    Responsibilities
    They include but are not limited to the following activities:

    • Keeping inventory of stocks
    • Planning and scheduling the delivery of goods
    • Liaise and negotiate with transporters on rate of services
    • Managing the loading of Vehicles and ensuring proper dispatch/tracking of delivery vans
    • Maintaining warehouse.
    • Work across all warehouses for consumer products.

    • Job Specific Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, aggressive, good Leadership and interpersonal skills, good man management skills
