    Facility Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate all installations and repairs.
    • Ensure that the buildings meet all necessary health and safety standards.
    • Regularly inspect the facility's grounds to know when an area needs any attention.
    • Manage budget for the maintenance of the facility.
    • Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
    • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
    • Carrying out daily walk rounds, ensuring the office gadgets and fittings are in good order, noting any defect and escalating if necessary.
    • Monitor and ensure that agreed work by staff or contractors are completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.

    Procurement & Inventory Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
    • Receive and inventory stock.
    • Managing inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
    • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
    • Preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels and giving out the supplies from the stock.
    • To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
    • To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking
    • To ensure that the arrangement of goods has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.
    • He/she ensures that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse/store.
    • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

    • A B.Sc / HND Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related fields.
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Offices and inventory & invoice management software.
    • Experience in project management may be required.

    • Creating stunning 3D models for client model
    • Use illustration and computer software programs to create original animations and graphics.
    • Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
    • Create and develop visually appealing 3D models, animations, and renders using industry-standard software tools both for company and clients’ services.

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

    • Certificate, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Graphic Gesign or a related field
    • Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including 3DS Max, Blender, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Auto Desk Maya.
    • Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.
    • 3+ years of work experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Effects Artist, or a similar position in the Design industry.
