Job Location: Old GRA, Port Harcourt
Salary: 70,000 Net/Month
Job Description: Our client, a top class restaurant located in Port Harcourt, is in need of an experienced Supervisor who will be responsible for the running of the restaurant operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all products are available by updating the daily logbook
Ensure that staff are conversant with products, prices and any well informed of all item on sale for the day
Supervise the activities of the service team while taking tables
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation
Drive and achieve company’s financial goals by upselling
Maintain and guarantee an excellent level of hygiene/ customer relations at all times
Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc. Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor
Strong experience in Food and Beverage (F&B)
Proven work experience in the hospitality industry as either a waiter or similar role
Familiarity in the use of MS Tools such as outlook, word, excel and/or any other restaurant software
Good customer service skills
Location: Old GRA, Port Harcourt
Salary: 100,000 Naira/Month
Job Description: Our client, a top class restaurant located in Port Harcourt, is in need of an experienced and an astute Manager who can oversee and run all the day to day activities of the restaurant in a standard and professional manner.
The restaurant manager will be responsible for the delivering of superior service by maximizing customer satisfaction and creating a good image for the restaurant.
Job Responsibilities:
Implement swift resolution to customers issues/complaints
Send daily reports to the management
Drive and achieve company’s financial goals by upselling and cost control
Organize and supervise shifts
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation
Coordinate daily activities in the Front of the House
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways of improving it
Implement management policies and protocols
Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a restaurant manager
Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) is required.
Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Proven work experience in the hospitality industry as either a supervisor, manager or similar role
Proven customer service experience as a senior representative or manager
Familiarity in the use of MS Tools such as outlook, word, excel and/or any other restaurant software
